Rates & Policies
Rates for 2025-26 Package $2,500 US per person, including tax
Includes the following, per person:- checkmark 7 nights in a private oceanfront cabana, double occupancy per room (single occupancy has a $750 Supplement fee, that is additional)
- checkmark All your meals, coffee, tea, juice, beer, soda, and water (liquor and wine can be purchased duty-free at the international airport).
- checkmark Dietary Restrictions: We are happy to accommodate dietary requirements, please inquire in advance.
- checkmark Free use of sit on top kayaks and stand up paddle boards.
- checkmark Over 700 patch reefs inside the lagoon that can be easily reached for snorkeling or fishing on your own, at any time.
- checkmark Excellent fishing can be done right from our dock or beach, with a school of over 500 Bone Fish waiting to be caught, including Permit, Grouper, Jacks, Snapper and many others
- checkmark Usage of of sun chaises, Adirondack chairs, hammocks, and swing beds scattered around the resort and Yoga Luna deck. Yoga mats provided.
- checkmark Access to nature trail that circumnavigates the island. Guide pamphlet provided.
- checkmark Sunday scheduled boat transfer from Sittee River Marina (Hopkins) departing at 10:30 am to our island and a return on the following Sunday, arriving back at Sittee River Marina by 8:00 am.
- checkmark Transportation to Sittee River Marina from hotels in Hopkins on Sunday is provided, at 9:45 am.
- checkmark Free assistance with making local flight, hotel or transportation reservations and or arrangements. Just let us know how we can help.
- checkmark Two guided tours per day (kayak, surf kayak, snorkel, windsurf, stand up paddleboard).
- checkmark Taxes
- checkmark Sport Fishing License: If you choose to catch and release fish while here
What is additional and available to add onto your Packages, and not included:
- Dive Prices for Certified Divers, (per person):
- Dives 1-12, $75 US per dive
- Dives 13 or more, $65 US per dive
- Night Dive $85 US (+light rental $10 US, light rental only for diving)
- PADI Dive Courses: Options, details and prices are listed on our Activities Page or inquire and I can send you specifics. A signed PADI Medical form is required, to receive this, send us an email. Dive gear is included as part of any dive course. More info available on Activities Page.
- Dive Gear Rental, Snorkel Gear Rental: BCD/Reg Set $20 US for one dive in a single day, $30 US for 2 dives in a day. Wetsuit $10 US per use or $70 US per week. Mask/Fins/Snorkel Set $20 US per day. Dive lights $10 US per use. We do not have underwater cameras, booties or dive computers for rent.
- Massage Session on the beach in our Massage Studio 60 Minute $120 US 90 Minute $150 US
- Fishing Gear: We do not have fishing poles, or gear for rent or use. If you wish for recommendations on what to bring with you such as lures, flies or other fishing gear, we are happy to help. However, we can supply you with a old soda bottle, line and hook if you wish to try hand line fishing off the dock as the locals do.
- Liquer or Wine: These are not available to purchase on the island. We have an ice cooler for keeping drinks cold. If there is a specific liquor or wine you like, the duty free shop at the International Airport has excellent prices on import beverages.
- Gift Shop Purchases: We have a great gift shop on site that has locally made items, and a few basic necessities including T-Shirts, hats, sarongs, sun dresses, trinkets, local handmade jewelry, sunscreen etc.
- Gratuities: Typically 10-20% of the Accommodation and Activities prices combined. Should you choose to add gratuities, there will be a link provided on your final invoice.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT
- Deposit: A 20% non-refundable deposit per person secures your reservation, with the balance due 60 days prior to your trip. For bookings within 60 days, full payment is required.
- Final Payment: The remaining 80% will be charged to the card used for the deposit 60 days before your trip. Contact us if you prefer an alternative payment method.
ADDITIONAL EXPENSES:
You will need additional funds for any emergencies that may arise and for additional items not included in your Island Package. These items may include hotel, meals, transportation and airport taxes on the mainland for before and after your week long stay with us. Please know that if by circumstances you miss the scheduled boat to the island, your trip is delayed, you may be responsible for providing your own transportation, including the cost of chartering a boat out of Hopkins will cost $750 US cash for a boat charter. The size of boat required will depend on sea, wind and wave conditions at the time of travel, as well as how many people in your party. There is no regular boat taxi service or flights to our island. For emergency funds and for the above mentioned expenses, consider carrying upwards of $750 US cash to cover these expenses. It is best to not rely on credit cards or travelers checks for any expenses on the mainland, as many places do not accept them. Other expenses such as activities that you add on to your Island Package such as Scuba Diving, PADI Scuba Certification Courses, massages, rental gear, and gift shop purchases can be paid for through the card we have on file for you.CANCELLATION POLICY
All payments, including the 20% deposit, are non-refundable. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance with medical and trip cancellation coverage, ideally with a “Cancel for Any Reason” policy purchased within 14 days of your deposit.
